These seminars are tailored to the specific needs of American subsidiaries of Japanese companies, which typically have a blended workforce of American and Japanese nationals. The courses aim to improve communication and understanding between these very disparate cultures and working styles, and to help these companies create corporate cultures that reflect an appropriate intermingling of the best of both worlds. The Foundation Course is also recommended for any non-Japanese company engaged in a business relationship with Japanese.
Prior to each seminar date, a Needs Assessment Questionnaire is distributed to all client staff who will be participating in the seminars. The feedback from this Questionnaire is used to customize the course content to the client’s specific needs.
